Designer Sebastian Herkner has adapted the simple cast glass forms of his bent Lighting series into a set of striking tables. The same fluted and curved glass forms have been transported to produce solid structures that react and play with light and their environment. The result is a series of tables that command a closer look.

The bent table series is available in a side table option with cast glass tops, or the generous dining table with Carrara, Black Nero or Green marble table tops.

bent dining table: Being the largest member of the pulpo family to date, the bent dining tables stature is offset by a curved form and soft glow. Defying the expansive Carrara or Black Nero marble table top above, fluted cast glass forms an expressive base below – the perfect unison of brawn and beauty.

Technical information:

The base is created from fluted and coloured glass sheet, slumped into form. Bubbles, streaks and other variations in size and colour are part of the production process, and not defects in the design or production. The table top is produced in either Carrara, Black Nero or Green marble (bent dining table). A powder coated steel bracket supports the base and table top (bent dining table).
