Reach for the stars: TUXEDO Stellaris 15 with AMD Ryzen 5000H or Tiger Lake H45 and RTX 3080
Optomechanical keyboard and high-resolution 3K display
With the 3K display with 2,560 x 1,440 pixels, very good legibility is achieved even with small fonts and it is advantageous when using creative software for video or image editing as well as content creation.
The optomechanical keyboard with an extra long key drop is suitable for gamers and frequent typists because it is modeled after the keyboard of desktops. Customers can also enjoy the number pad. In addition, they benefit from so-called silent switches: audible key noises are particularly well muffled and even loud strokes are perceived as moderate. Thus, the Stellaris is well suited for quiet environments.
"Whether you’re looking to get your gaming on or working on an intensive project, our Stellaris 15 will fit the bill." Herbert Feiler, CEO TUXEDO Computers
93 Wh battery for long capacities
Thanks to the internally screwed lithium-ion battery with 93 Wh capacity, the Linux gaming notebook lasts almost a full workday. Therefore, up to 8 hours of runtime are possible (idle) and 6 hours at medium brightness and moderate work.
Intel or AMD?
Users have the choice between the Tiger Lake Intel Core i7-11800H or the AMD Ryzen 7 5800H CPU as well as Ryzen 9 5900HX, which score in the areas of performance and energy efficiency and are equally suitable for content creation and gaming. The CPUs handle up to 16 processes simultaneously via virtual task sharing.
Customers also have the option of using an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060, 3070 or 3080 for the graphics card – depending on their wishes and needs. The Stellaris currently offers the maximum possible graphics performance with the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 in the highest TGP configuration with up to 165 watts and 16 GB GDDR6 graphics memory.
Comprehensive equipment
The universal interface Thunderbolt 4 in the Stellaris with the Intel Tiger Lake CPU offers data speeds and the possibility to connect up to two monitors via DisplayPort using MST/DaisyChain technology. Together with HDMI 2.0, three external monitors can be connected. On the data side, the USB-C 3.2 Gen2 port and three additional USB Type-A ports as well as a card reader are also available.
Furthermore, up to 64 GB DDR4 RAM and two M.2 2280 SSDs can be used.
