Rödl & Partner advises Hörmann on the acquisition of Fen-Bay Group in the UK

As part of the advisory services, Hörmann was supported by a specialised, cross-disciplinary and international transaction team from Rödl & Partner in legal, tax and financial transaction issues. Partner Dr. Oliver Schmitt (Munich) and Partner Jan Eberhardt (Birmingham, UK) provided comprehensive legal (purchase) contract drafting and negotiation support from the initial discussions to the signing of the contract. The financial and industry-specific support was led by partner Isabelle Pernegger and the tax support by partner Anna Luce (Nuremberg).
