She also sits on the Boards of Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, Marriott International Luxury Brands, Aman Hotels, Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, and Park Hyatt.

As General Manager and COO of the legendary and luxurious Golden Door Resort in Southern California – a member of Healing Hotels of the World – Kathy Van Ness brings three decades of C-Level experience in managing luxury businesses, and she is also deeply passionate about creating a better world.
