Dashboards are customizable for management or first and second level support. The monitoring tool records network- and signaling traffic completely passive, so there are no negative repercussions in the infrastructure. All calls are monitored end-to-end across protocol boundaries. This gives access to the entire traffic. In the event of errors and anomalies, alarm rules are used to actively inform the user and a tool-supported, in-depth root cause analysis can then be conducted.
