New GTM force transducer configurator
The force transducers of the Series K have a nominal force range of 200 N to 630 kN and, with an accuracy class of 0.02 to 0.05, are the premium class among GTM’s force sensors. They use the bending ring principle as a single integrated measuring process for force measurement. These load cells therefore set standards for accuracy, reliability and quality. An especially positive feature is their low sensitivity to parasitic influences (shear forces, bending moments, torsional moments and temperature fluctuations). They can withstand forces up to 300 % of the nominal capacity without breakage and up to 150% without zero-point shift. Thanks to a simplified selection and ordering process, the right variant can now be found in just one minute.
Easy to order: configure force transducers in just one minute
GTM customers can now configure and order their Series K force transducer in no time at all. Therefore, the new configurator is available on the GTM website. The guided step-by-step process saves a lot of time and work in finding the right force transducer: no more leafing through catalogs, calling sales staff or reading data sheets. Registration is just as unnecessary as searching through extensive equipment options. Of course, GTM employees are still available personally to answer any questions. The configurator supplements the customer services with a fast, individual ordering option.
In five steps 24/7 on all devices to the desired goal
Optimal user guidance takes the user to the individual Series K in five steps on all devices, regardless of whether desktop or mobile. A selection of favored variants with shorter delivery times is also suggested to the user in the configurator.
Helpful tool tips, clear status displays, and vivid images add to the completely new GTM user experience.
With more than 60 employees at two locations in Bickenbach, South Hesse, and in Prague, Czechia, “die Gelben”, as GTM is often referred to in the industry, is the leading specialist for measuring forces and torques. As well as setting global benchmarks in metrology and measurement technology, GTM also offers standard products for measuring forces and torques, and pioneering levels of calibration and other services. Well over 50 patents, the design of both the largest and the smallest force measuring units in the DAkkS, and the most precise lever transmission measuring unit in the world demonstrate the extraordinary competence of the GTM specialists in the field of metrology. GTM has DKD accreditation for force, torque and multicomponent transducers and for the voltage ratio of DMS measuring amplifiers. GTM provides measuring units for national institutes, calibration laboratories and the makers of force and torque transducers around the world.
