The clever alternative to efficient monitoring of industrial burners

ecom GmbH, the global specialist in measurement and control technology, presents the ecom-ST model, a stationary exhaust gas analyser for permanent installation and quasi-continuous monitoring of exhaust emissions in the industrial sector. Stationary measurements, acquisition of mobile data as well as tailor-made exhaust gas analysis – with the ecom-ST you can cleverly implement emission limits, increases in efficiency and predictive maintenance and have your industrial combustion processes constantly under control.

Based on the proven electrochemical gas measurement sensors and infrared measurement technology for CO2, the analyser offers numerous users in different industrial sectors a compact and robust solution. Up to six emitted gases resulting from the combustion can be determined and measured via remote monitoring. In this way, you not only achieve comfortable compliance with emission limits, but also demonstrably increase the efficiency of the combustion process. Through continuous measurements, you can also identify possible deviations in good time and can thus maintain your system in advance and minimize possible downtimes and costs.

Individually settable measurement intervals enable between 22 and 144 measurements per day. The ecom-ST is therefore an attractive alternative to high-priced CEMS systems (continuous emissions monitoring system). The ecom-ST is equipped with various interfaces for data transfer, depending on user requirements, and proposed as a rack module for integration into an existing measuring cabinet or with an optional protective housing for wall installation.

With the new device, ecom is targeting the producers of process heat who operate a constantly operated furnace or companies that require regular, non-continuous monitoring of emissions. Other user groups include in particular industrial companies with regular checks of engines, CHPs or turbines on test lanes, service companies and companies from the energy, facility management, mining – oil & gas sectors.

Of course, the same applies to the ecom-ST as to all ecom devices: "Made in Germany".

Über die ecom GmbH

For more than 35 years, technicians and fitters from trade and industry have associated innovative, high-quality measuring devices for flue gas analysis, pressure measurement, leak detection and burner diagnosis with the ecom brand!

The development and production of the ecom measuring devices is always based on the latest standards, legal regulations and as a consistent reaction to customer requests exclusively at the headquarters of the family company in the Sauerland region of Iserlohn. And this success story continues: The durable and robust measuring devices from ecom are now used on heating systems, burners or engines in more than 50 countries and on all five continents.

True to the company slogan "improve the important", ecom combines high-quality measurement technology with intelligent functions and services: the shortest measurement cycles, structured, intuitive device operation and an extensive service package round off the product range and thus achieve satisfied customers while offering the highest level of measurement technology.

Areas of application:
