technotrans appoints Robin Schaede as new CFO to the Board of Management

Robin Schaede is the new CFO of technotrans SE.
The 46-year-old was most recently Managing Director and CFO of Medperion GmbH, where he was responsible for the strategic, structural and organisational management and development of the Group. Prior to that, Schaede, who holds a Master of Science in International Business Studies, held various management positions in the international arena.

"With his many years of wide-ranging expertise in corporate development, operational and strategic controlling and the implementation of cross-sector transformations, he will make valuable contributions to the further development of the technotrans Group."

Schaede succeeds Dirk Engel, who left the company at the end of July 2021, and completes the three-member Board of Management team after a period of vacancy. Together with Michael Finger (CEO, Spokesman of the Board of Management) and Peter Hirsch (CTO/COO), he will continue to drive forward the transformation of technotrans that has been initiated in accordance with the Future Ready 2025 strategy.
