Reliable and efficient charging stations with DDR4 16GB RDIMM from Innodisk.

On the way to a sustainable future, electric vehicles are becoming more and more popular. An efficient and reliable charging infrastructure is necessary to cope with the growing number of e-cars. A stable monitoring system is needed to manage the charging columns and to monitor the charging and total power consumption of each user. In this context, the security of the charging network is crucial. If several vehicles are charged at high speed at the same time, a short-term overcurrent can cause a power interruption or other disturbances and thus affect the balance of the entire network structure. The DDR4 RDIMM module has a register to improve clock, command and control signals, and has error detection and correction built in. Innodisk’s DRAM are fully tested and optimised for stability and performance before shipment. Only the highest quality IC’s, also known as “Original IC’s” or “Major grade IC’s”, are used to meet the highest industry standards. Anti-sulfuration resistors provide additional protection when used in harsh environments. The operating temperature range extends from 0 °C to +85 °C. The memory is RoHs compliant and CE/FCC certified. These RDIMM module have 30 μ" gold finger thickness and complies with the JEDEC standard.
