Winnie Tai joins Chimera Entertainment as new Head of Staff

Chimera Entertainment is thrilled to announce that Winnie Tai has joined the studio as the new Head of Staff. This position has been created to prepare Chimera for the next stage of growth, which includes implementing a workforce plan that aligns with the studio’s goals and projects. Among other responsibilities, Winnie will determine staffing needs, identify skill gaps, ensure industry-leading career development, and plan for future hiring and talent acquisition.

Originally from Australia, Winnie graduated from the University of Monash in Commerce (Management Accounting) and in English (English Grammar). Having pursued a multi-disciplinary and multi-industry career in Finance, Legal, Education, and Operations over the last decade, Winnie is an all-around problem solver with creative proficiency and structured strategic problem-solving skills.

Over the past few years, Chimera has grown to over 90 employees from various countries and cultures. The studio prides itself on having an international and diverse team collaborating to deliver high-quality interactive entertainment experiences that captivate gamers.

As an avid gamer herself, Winnie is enthusiastic about joining the Chimera team: "Chimera is passionate about its product and equally passionate about its people. I’m excited to join the team and contribute to the magic of Chimera’s games by empowering the organization to be the best and happiest version of itself.”
