The DocBridge® Communication Suite provides comprehensive resource management and broad connectivity to upstream and downstream systems throughout the CCM production chain, including RESTful Web Services, Message Queues, Kafka Topics, SIEM tools and custom extensions. CCM processes can be graphically modeled and tested and are available for integration with popular platforms such as Twilio, Camunda and Salesforce.com.

Consolidation of all document processing and output management products

Incidentally, the DocBridge® Production Suite was introduced at the same time as the DocBridge® Communication Suite as a result of the portfolio restructuring. This comprises all products for high-volume output management – DocBridge® Pilot, DocBridge® Mill Plus, DocBridge® FileCab, DocBridge® Delta and DocBridge® Spool – and stands alongside the DocBridge® Communication Suite as a portfolio element with equal status. Both suites integrate seamlessly, ensuring seamless operation of all communication channels with complete traceability from design to distribution.
