AWG Fittings launch TurboStrike – The Future of Fire Nozzles

AWG Fittings are proud to unveil the TurboStrike fire nozzle. A revolutionary creation designed for global markets.

AWG Fittings is well-known for making top-quality firefighting products. Their main product, the TurboSpritze, has been a leader in the German market for over 20 years. Building on this success, AWG has created the TurboStrike nozzle for use around the world. The TurboStrike is high-quality and affordable – perfect for firefighters who need a versatile and reliable nozzle.

  • The TurboStrike is a high-pressure nozzle (PN40) available in two models, with flow rates of 150 l/min and 230 l/min. It offers various coupling options, including G1" female, G2A Thread, and Storz D, making it adaptable to the different hose connections used internationally.
  • Constructed from durable anodized aluminum, the nozzle is corrosion-resistant and reliable over time, even when exposed to foam liquids, most chemicals, or extreme temperatures. Its strong yet lightweight design ensures ease of handling during firefighting operations, minimizing discomfort.
  • The TurboStrike’s unique design, featuring spinning teeth and a fixed sprocket, creates a filled hollow jet that optimizes extinguishing effects, especially at wide angles. This hollow jet generates overpressure at the center of the spray cone, pushing flames away from the operator rather than drawing them in, enhancing firefighting efficiency and significantly boosting operator safety.
  • Large pointers improve the nozzle’s usability, and its design ensures that the spray pattern remains consistent despite changes in flow rate. This allows firefighters to focus on nozzle movement, reducing complications and making the TurboStrike easier to use.
  • An optional foam attachment, available separately, allows the TurboStrike to dispense high-quality foam, enhancing its versatility and firefighting capabilities.

All AWG products are manufactured in Ballendorf, Germany. The reputation of German engineering adds an extra layer of trust and credibility, as each nozzle is crafted with meticulous attention to detail, using the highest quality materials and cutting-edge technology. Their commitment to safety and precision is evident in their rigorous testing procedures, where each nozzle’s flow rate, spray patterns, and components are meticulously checked and physically tested to ensure peak performance in critical situations. The TurboStrike comes with a 5-year warranty, underscoring their confidence in the product.

Firefighters can rely on the TurboStrike to perform flawlessly under the most demanding conditions. Whether facing intense blazes or managing routine emergencies, the TurboStrike demonstrates that excellence does not have to come at a high price.

The TurboStrike is available now from members of the AWG Fittings dealer network. For more information please visit the AWG Fittings website at: www.awg-fittings.com
