Global IoT live tracking: ASPION introduces new version of end-to-end solution for 360° transport monitoring

.
Hall: 4 / Stand number: 4B11

In times of global economic tension such as these, supply chains are affected by disruptions, uncertainty and instability, which repeatedly presents global companies with major challenges. With the ASPION L-Track multi-sensor data logger, ASPION introduced an end-to-end solution for global 360° live tracking of transported goods for the first time last year. Now the company is presenting numerous new features of the innovative complete system consisting of a sensor and IoT platform “Made & Hosted in Germany” at the LogiMAT logistics trade fair from March 11 – 13, 2025 in Stuttgart. For the first time, ASPION is showcasing a preview of its innovative, flexibly extendable multisensor platform as an “out-of-the-box” complete IoT solution.

New features for even more supply chain transparency
The ASPION L-Track continuously logs the current location and condition of cargo, including environmental conditions such as shock/impact, temperature, humidity, opening and other influences. The combination of smart sensors and easy-to-use software allows transports around the world to be monitored in real time. In addition to the newly created configuration options during live operation via the easy-to-use ASPION Cloud, shocks in milliseconds and critical inclination angles are now also recorded during transportation. Thanks to live data, potential damage to sensitive equipment such as transformers or turbines can be detected at an early stage. This allows shippers to react immediately to save valuable time and avert damage and costs by actively intervening in their supply chain.

Preview: Innovative, flexibly extendable multi-sensor platform with IoT communication
The ASPION L-Track is designed as a flexibly extendable multi-sensor platform and enables efficient real-time processing of data streams on site using edge computing. This means that individual requirements of all types of industrial customers for live transport and condition monitoring can be met “out-of-the-box” as required. Interested parties can experience current and future possibilities with the end-to-end solution “Made and Hosted in Germany” for the first time live as a preview at LogiMAT (11 – 13.03.2025, Stuttgart, Hall 4 Booth 4B11).

Focus on future trend Internet of Things (IoT)
In addition, Michael Wöhr, founder and CTO of ASPION GmbH, invites inquisitive listeners to the exhibitor forum. Visitors will be able to follow the presentation on “Opportunities and hurdles of global IoT communication by the example of multi-sensor tracking devices” on Thursday, 13 March at 12 noon in Hall 4
