Innovative fiber composite solutions in rail vehicle construction
Industry knowledge in a nutshell
This year’s conference will highlight the latest trends and challenges in the industry. Increased competition in rail vehicle construction and new drive systems require innovative solutions in lightweight construction. The focus will be on the further development of production techniques and joining processes, in particular bonding technologies, which play a key role in the efficiency and safety of the materials used.
Another highlight is the presentation of the new DIN SPEC 35255, which defines standardized quality requirements for fibre composite plastic processes in companies. The standard also sets requirements for the qualification of composite specialists and thus represents an important milestone for the further development of the industry.
Comprehensive specialist program and networking opportunities
In addition to top-class specialist presentations, the accompanying trade exhibition offers an interactive platform for exchanges between decision-makers, manufacturers, processors and service providers. The aim is to further increase competitiveness through the targeted use of the latest fiber composite technologies.
Other presentations will address important topics such as sustainability, fire protection and many practical application examples.
The event ends on the first day with an evening event, which offers participants the opportunity to network in a relaxed atmosphere.
