Dr. Wilma Kauke becomes new Global HR Director & CPO LA EMEA

Dr. Wilma Kauke began her HR career in 2002 at Bosch, based in Stuttgart. Over the past 20 years, she has become familiar with all facets of her field – including as an HR business partner, project manager, specialist for HR policy issues and communications in Germany and Japan, HR manager of a site with around 15,000 employees, and most recently as Vice President with global, strategic and operational HR responsibility for a division with around 12,000 employees worldwide. On February 1, 2023, she will join LAPP as Global HR Director & CPO LA EMEA.
