Megsan Labs becomes Tentamus India

Megsan Labs is based in Hyderabad, India, and has been in operation since 2014. The company is one of the leading laboratories in India and specializes in pharmaceutical and food analytics, with customers spreading across 5 continents.

Tentamus Group and Megsan started its collaboration in the year 2019 through the acquisition (majority stakes) of Megsan by Tentamus. The change of the name from Megsan to Tentamus is part of the pre-agreed deal.

Mr. M. Jayapal Reddy will be the CEO of Tentamus India Private Limited (formerly Megsan Labs) and will continue to lead the laboratory post name change. “We’re very excited about this next step and our future cooperation. We would like to emphasize that this is only a change of the company name. The internal systems, process, personnel, operations and the management will remain the same as before.”, explains Mr. M. Jayapal Reddy.

Keerthi Vardhan Reddy Vemula, Country Manager of Tentamus India Holding, adds: “We feel it is the right time to rebrand our lab in India, for good. Our customers in India will now have more access and benefit from the synergies our global labs across more than 90 locations have to offer.”
