Individual Mercedes-Benz V 300 d on Barracuda Project 3.0 wheels

The choice for the matt black large-capacity vehicle fell on the Project 3.0 wheels from Barracuda’s Ultralight Series. The weight-reduced flow forming rims are installed all around in 8.5×20 inch wit an offset of 43. The associated tires measure 255/40ZR20. Thanks to their spoke contours refined using a patented milling process, the wheels with Black Milled finish already have a two-tone look as standard. In this case, however, the vehicle owner even went one better: to match the various accents on the body, he added a red accent line on the wheel flange. The Barracuda Racing Bolts used for fastening are also made in the same color.

In addition to the visual ones, a whole range of technical adjustments were also realised.
The two-liter twin-turbo inline four-cylinder diesel engine received a sound module and a performance upgrade from Väth. Thanks to the latter, the motor increased its power by 40 to 274 hp. Also new is an H&R stabilizer kit that supports more dynamic driving behavior. A retrofitted AMG brake system ensures convincing deceleration.

Last but not least, there is also an absolute highlight in the interior: the steering wheel is custom-made in AMG style and therefore truly unique with various carbon components and a red 12 o’clock marking. Thanks for taking and providing the pictures go to the vehicle owner Peter K.
