HMF Smart Solutions Wins Tender to Implement TETRA System for Gendarmerie of Chile

HMF Smart Solutions, through its office in Chile, has been awarded the tender to implement and manage an TETRA system for Gendarmería de Chile.

This contract, valued at more than 13 million dollars, covers the provision and management of an ACCESSNET®-T IP TETRA trunked system for 72 months in the Metropolitan, Valparaiso and Biobio regions. This contract reaffirms the multinational’s leadership in the mission-critical communications sector in the Chilean market, consolidating its position as a benchmark in advanced technological solutions.

Under the European TETRA standard, Gendarmería de Chile will optimize its operational capacity, ensuring constant and robust communication in three of the country’s most important regions.
The purchasing evaluation commission of Gendarmería de Chile reviewed the proposals submitted and, after evaluating the administrative, technical and economic aspects, decided to award the contract to HMF Smart Solutions Chile SpA. The company’s offer complied with all the requirements established in the bidding conditions, achieving the necessary score for the award.
