Essential contents of DIN EN 1555
DIN EN 1555 essentially specifies which polyethylene materials are suitable for the manufacture of pipes in order to ensure high quality and durability. In addition, specific dimensions and tolerances are defined with regard to dimensioning in order to ensure interchangeability and compatibility within gas supply networks. The PE piping systems are designed for a maximum operating pressure of up to 10 bar.
