VULCAN App Suite: Intelligently Mastering Product Variety
The VULCAN Product Configurator analyzes the existing parts master in ERP or PDM systems using AI-powered text analysis. It suggests parts groups, variant parts, and characteristics to optimize the management of product variance. After defining and refining the variant parts, VULCAN trains neural networks with completed order data to learn from past product configurations.
The VULCAN App enables control via chat and automates product configuration, pricing, and quotation creation (CPQ) through Natural Language Processing (NLP). This allows companies to respond quickly and efficiently to customer inquiries.
