STRABAG PFS takes over integrated FM for Frankfurt ONE

• Comprehensive integrated facility services for high-rise development ONE in Frankfurt city centre
• Commissioning includes IoT and end-to-end solutions

CA Immo has commissioned STRABAG Property and Facility Services GmbH (STRABAG PFS) to handle the technical and infrastructural facility management for the ONE high-rise project in Frankfurt’s Europaviertel. A corresponding service agreeement was signed beginning of November for three years with an option to extend. The implementation phase and support for the commissioning of the technical facilities are currently underway. The parties have agreed not to disclose the contract volume.

In addition to the classic facility services and a 24/7 emergency service, the agreed services also include support for digital building operations, dashboard reporting, measures for energy optimisation and support for the owner in fulfilling the DGNB certification, the ESG criteria and the sustainable use of water, heat and electricity. Services are provided by qualified, predominantly in-house staff who have the necessary expertise for the complex building operations at ONE.

The approximately 190-metre-high office and hotel tower with over 53,000 m² GFA office space and around 30,000 m² GFA hotel space sets new standards. ONE is the first high-rise in Germany to be awarded the WiredScore Platinum certificate. The multi-storey car park with parking spaces for 472 cars and 610 bicycles has charging stations. The façade has external sun protection.
