Arvato Systems on growth course
While Arvato Systems has already actively acted as an IT specialist and digitization expert for the media, retail and consumer goods, utilities, and healthcare industries, its business has also been successively expanded in parallel in the public sector and the manufacturing industry. This successful development is now being underlined by further intensifying business development in the latter two target sectors.
The related further bundling of overarching solutions and competencies in conjunction with an excellently positioned partner management are additional building blocks for continuing the company’s growth path. In addition, the increasingly important topic of corporate responsibility has been anchored even more clearly in Arvato Systems’ management.
“This setup enables us to expand industry-specific IT platforms on the one hand, and to scale technology-based services and solutions and expand our strategic partnerships on the other,” said Matthias Moeller, CEO of Arvato Systems Group. “All of this always with the aim of putting our customers at the center and accompanying and supporting their digital business development in an entrepreneurial and innovative way. At the same time, we have succeeded in establishing an outstanding team for the management of Arvato Systems. With Frank Brinkmann, Klaus Fetzer, and Olaf Steinbrink, we were able to recruit excellent new board colleagues for this team."
Frank Brinkmann took over responsibility for the Transformation & Technology division on January 1, 2022. The business informatics graduate and SAP specialist has already held various management roles at Arvato Systems and shaped the development of the international SAP consulting centers. In recent years, he headed the SAP consulting division at Arvato Systems and was also responsible for the company’s SAP portfolio.
Klaus Fetzer has been responsible for the Health and Public sectors since 2022. The business administration graduate previously held national and international specialist and management positions in the RWE Group. He subsequently became a member of the management team of IT service provider Regio IT as Chief Information Officer (CIO).
Olaf Steinbrink assumed responsibility for the Industrial Mid-Caps and Utilities sectors on January 1, 2022. Until 2015, the IT graduate had already worked for the Bertelsmann Group, including as Director IT Management of Arvato IT Services and as CIO of certain companies. In 2015, he moved to energy supplier EnBW as Head of Information Technology before finally taking on the role of CIO at MVV Energie AG in 2018.
"I am delighted that we have been able to attract these highly experienced managers, who all bring many years of extensive expertise around industries and technologies, to the Arvato Systems Board," said Matthias Moeller. "I wish them every success in their new roles and very much look forward to our continued collaboration."
