Atlas Copco has completed the acquisition of Trillium US Inc. The company provides vacuum pump services to semiconductor and general vacuum customers. It also has a small manufacturing business focused on piston and cryogenic pumps. Trillium US Inc. is a privately owned company with approximately 140 employees, headquartered in Clackamas, Oregon, with additional sites in Hamburg, New Jersey, and Austin, Texas. In 2022, the company had revenues of approximately MUSD 27 (MSEK 270*). The purchase price is not disclosed. Atlas Copco has agreed to acquire the cryopump service and distribution business of ZEUS Co., Ltd. The business provides service and sales distribution for the Vacuum Technique business area’s CTI and Polycold products in South Korea. The seller of the business, ZEUS Co., Ltd (ZEUS), is a company listed on the KOSDAQ Korea Exchange. The business unit that Atlas Copco is acquiring from ZEUS is located in Gyeonggi-do, south of Seoul, and has 59 employees. Atlas Copco has acquired Oxymat A/S, a Danish supplier of on-site oxygen and nitrogen solutions. Oxymat is a privately owned company headquartered in Helsinge, Denmark, with production facilities in Denmark and Slovakia. The company has 146 employees, and in 2021, they had revenues of approximately MDKK 301 (MSEK 411*).
