Blackstone Resources AG receives extension for filing date of audited Annual Report 2021
Blackstone Resources AG (SWX; symbol BLS, ISIN CH0460027110) today obtained an extension from SIX Exchange Regulation AG for the filing of its consolidated Annual Financials 2021. As previously reported, the previous auditors Moore Stephens Expert (Zurich) AG have terminated their mandate for Blackstone Resources AG untimely in a letter dated 18.3.22. The consolidated financial statements 2021 can only be published after receipt of an audit opinion.
