Die Initiative Swiss Investment Syndicate Agreement Template (SISAT), die vom Verein Business Angels Switzerland (BAS) lanciert wurde und von Matthieu Gueissaz geleitet wird, setzt einen Schweizer Standard für Co-Investitionen in Start-ups. Diese Initiative wird von einer Vielzahl von wichtigen Aktoren des Venture Capital in der Schweiz unterstützt[1].
