Girls’Day 2021 – CADENAS Entwicklerinnen gaben Einblicke in ihre spannenden IT-Berufe
Am 22. April 2021 begrüßte die CADENAS GmbH zum ersten Mal interessierte Schülerinnen zum virtuellen Girls’Day, dem weltweit größten Berufsorientierungsprojekt. Der Hintergrund: 2018 wählten rund 74 % der Mädchen aus nur 25 verschiedenen dualen Ausbildungsberufen – darunter kein einziger naturwissenschaftlich-technischer (vgl. Berufsbildungsbericht 2019, Bundesministerium für Bildung und Forschung). Mit der Teilnahme will auch CADENAS Schülerinnen ermutigen, sich bei der Berufswahl nicht von Geschlechterklischees beeinflussen zu lassen, sondern einen Beruf frei nach ihren Talenten und Interessen zu wählen.
