Cash Market trading volumes in September
Deutsche Börse’s cash markets generated a turnover of €113.63 billion in September (previous year: €135.11 billion / previous month: €99.23 billion). €111.11 billion were attributable to Xetra (previous year: €131.14 billion / previous month €96.65 billion), bringing the average daily Xetra trading volume to €5.05 billion (previous year: €5.96 billion/ previous month: €4.2 billion). Trading volumes on Börse Frankfurt were €2.51 billion (previous year: €3.97 billion /previous month: €2.58 billion).* By type of asset class, equities accounted for €92.71 billion in the entire cash market. Deutsche Börse expands market data offering through partnership with Santiago Exchange
Deutsche Börse and Chile’s Santiago Exchange have entered a market data partnership under which Deutsche Börse will provide access to the full range of market data products of Latin America’s third-largest exchange. In its role as licensor, Deutsche Börse will offer real-time and delayed data. The corresponding information product includes both the Santiago Exchange Indices and the Santiago Exchange Spot Market. Deutsche Börse is adding historical ESG data from the Chinese market, collected by the International Institute of Green Finance (IIGF), to its data offering. IIGF is an independent and non-profit research institute based in Beijing that aims to support the development of green finance in China. For this purpose, IIGF has built the leading ESG database in China. The IIGF data package is accessible via the Deutsche Börse Data Shop and includes ESG information from listed companies, bond issuers and mutual funds in the Chinese market. . – New Eurex FX Futures contracts cover Brazil, Mexico, South Africa – Cash settlement eliminates need for new settlement infrastructure in foreign currencies Eurex will start trading new FX Futures contracts covering Brazilian Real (BRL), Mexican Pesos (MXN) and South African Rand (ZAR) on 10 October 2022. The launch of the three most heavily traded currencies outside the G10 reinforces Eurex’s position as Europe’s leading FX liquidity hub. Gruppe Deutsche Börse erzielt starkes organisches Wachstum
