It was exactly 20 years ago today that the Behringwerke industrial park in Marburg became home to Dockweiler Chemicals GmbH. Growing rapidly over the years, the manufacturer of highest-purity chemicals today supplies the semiconductor industry all over the world from Germany. In 2002 the company—originally a spin-off of the Philipps University in Marburg, Germany—was sold to the multinational AkzoNobel company and moved into building M217 of Behringwerke.
