The Efficy Group, the European publisher of Customer Relationship Management solutions, is structuring its Board and appoints Jan Ivar Borgersen as Chairman of the Board. Jan Ivar Borgersen has more than 30 years of experience from Board- and management positions in large multinational software companies. He built up, restructured and centralized several companies, as well as successfully completing numerous complex mergers. For 10 years he was a member of Visma Top Management and brought the company from being a pure Norwegian player to the position as a one of Europe’s leading software companies.
