The Content Services Group GmbH announces the completion of its acquisition of Cyren GmbH. Having purchased the Email Security Gateway business from Cyren Ltd, the Group intends to strategically expand its product portfolio. In future Cyren GmbH will again operate under its original name, eleven GmbH. Cyren GmbH offers first-class e-mail security to protect international companies from spam, phishing and malware attacks.
