Neue Kugelhahnbaureihe GEMÜ BB0F
Die neuen Kugelhähne der Baureihe GEMÜ BB0F des Ventilspezialisten GEMÜ decken aufgrund ihrer Konfiguration sowie ihrer Aufbau- und Antriebsvarianten eine Vielzahl von Applikationen der chemischen Industrie ab. In der Standardversion sind die medienberührten Sitzdichtungen aus PTFE mit Glasfaserverstärkung (reinforced PTFE) gefertigt. Dadurch zeichnen sie sich durch eine hohe Materialbeständigkeit bei wechselnden Medien aus und ermöglichen ein breites Einsatzspektrum und hohe Sicherheit im Umgang mit Gefahrmedien. Die Edelstahlkugelhähne eignen sich für den Einsatz in Anwendungen mit Temperaturen von -40 °C bis 220 °C. The GEMÜ lettering has barely changed in almost 60 years. While the logo has been developed during this time, the letters have largely remained the same. New solution for connecting multi-port valve blocks
The first solution means that it is now possible to control the pneumatic locking of the valve block via locking cylinders thanks to a valve block sunk into the skid surface. The second solution consists of using a valve block placed onto the skid surface, where the valve body is manually connected to the actuator unit via a detachable hand lever. This second type offers greater flexibility for the spigot layout. The connection between the actuator and the diaphragms welded onto the valve block is created reliably within a few seconds using the familiar clamping principle of the GEMÜ SU40 SUMONDO.
