GK Software erfolgreich im Cloudgeschäft in den USA
Die GK Software SE konnte in der zweiten Hälfte des laufenden Geschäftsjahres zwei weitere bedeutende SaaS-Kunden in den USA gewinnen und damit die erfolgreiche Durchdringung dieses wichtigen Retail-Marktes fortsetzen. Beide Kunden haben langfristige SaaS-Verträge unterzeichnet und werden CLOUD4RETAIL einführen. Der Total Contract Value (Mindestbeauftragungsvolumen über die vertragliche Mindestlaufzeit) beläuft sich auf einen deutlich zweistelligen Millionenbetrag. In der Summe geht es dabei um rund 10.000 Installationen und die Bereitstellung sowie den Betrieb der dafür notwendigen Hintergrundsysteme. GK Software verbessert Ergebnis im 1. Halbjahr 2021 deutlich
. — Umsatz steigt nach vorläufigen Zahlen um knapp 15 Prozent — Erneute deutliche Steigerung des operativen Ergebnisses Die GK Software SE hat nach vorläufigen Zahlen ihren Wachstumskurs trotz der anhaltenden weltweiten Pandemie auch im ersten Halbjahr 2021 weiter fortgesetzt. Die Umsätze konnten gegenüber dem Vorjahresvergleichswertes (56,16 Mio. Euro) um 14,6 Prozent auf 64,36 Mio. Euro gesteigert werden. Damit wurde ein EBITDA (ohne einmalige Effekte) von 12,88 Mio. Euro erzielt und der Vorjahreswert von 6,24 Mio. Euro mehr als verdoppelt. Das auf gleicher Basis ermittelte EBIT beträgt für das 1. Halbjahr 2021 nunmehr 9,04 Mio. Euro. (H1 2020 = 1,96 Mio. Euro).
