Das größte Teleskop der Welt – metergroße Aluminiumteile mit einer Präzision im Mikrometerbereich
Im Jahr 2028 soll in Chile das größte optische Teleskop der Welt in Betrieb gehen: das Extremely Large Telescope (ELT) mit einem Spiegeldurchmesser von 39 Metern. Es wird Planeten untersuchen und ferne Galaxien so detailliert abbilden wie nie zuvor. NOVA leitet ein internationales Konsortium, das eines der ersten Instrumente baut, die an diesem Teleskop angebracht werden. Mit einer Standfläche von 1200 m² in Halle 12/Stand B12 wird GROB auf der EMO 2023 vom 18. bis zum 23. September seine neuesten Maschinen und Dienstleistungen präsentieren. Besucher können sich auf sechs Maschinen live vor Ort freuen, die die modernsten Technologien und Innovationen des Maschinenbauers demonstrieren. 20 Jahre Hausmesse bei GROB
Im Oktober 2003 hat GROB seine erste Hausmesse mit der Präsentation eines neuen Maschinenkonzepts für die Zerspanungstechnik gefeiert und damit den Beginn einer Tradition initiiert.
