Lower Saxony Ministry awards HMF with certificate “Zukunftsfest”
On behalf of the Lower Saxony Ministry for Social Affairs, Labour, Health and Equality and the Demography Agency for the Economy, Minister Daniela Behrens awarded the company the "Zukunftsfest" certificate (Zukunftsfest = German for “Future-proof”) at a ceremony in the Old Town Hall in Hanover. Since 2015, the Lower Saxony Ministry of Social Affairs, Labour, Health and Equality and the Demography Agency have awarded the "Zukunftsfest” (Future-proof) certificate to companies and administrations in Lower Saxony that actively face current challenges regarding demographic change, digitalisation and sustainability and implement successful measures. Niedersächsisches Ministerium zeichnet HMF mit Zertifikat „Zukunftsfest“ aus
Im Namen des Niedersächsischen Ministeriums für Soziales, Arbeit, Gesundheit und Gleichstellung sowie der Demografieagentur für die Wirtschaft hat Ministerin Daniela Behrens das Unternehmen bei einer feierlichen Verleihung im Alten Rathaus in Hannover mit dem Zertifikat „Zukunftsfest“ ausgezeichnet. Mit dem Zertifikat „Zukunftsfest“ zeichnen das Niedersächsische Ministerium für Soziales, Arbeit, Gesundheit und Gleichstellung sowie die Demografieagentur seit 2015 niedersächsische Unternehmen und Verwaltungen aus, die sich aktuellen Herausforderungen hinsichtlich demografischer Wandel, Digitalisierung und Nachhaltigkeit aktiv stellen und erfolgreiche Maßnahmen umsetzen. HMF Smart Solutions has grown significantly under the leadership of Matthias Klausing: The company headquarters in Bad Münder has expanded into a TETRA technology centre and the development department has been extended.
