Implenia remporte en Allemagne deux grands projets de construction de bâtiments avec des modèles d’exécution en partenariat
Avec son partenaire Dressler Bau GmbH, Implenia s’est vu confier par le client BEOS AG la construction de deux nouvelles étapes du campus urbain innovant BERLIN DECKS, à Berlin-Moabit. Implenia est en charge de la direction technique du projet. En outre, le maître d’ouvrage TÜV NORD Immobilien GmbH & Co. KG a confié à Implenia la construction clés en main à Essen d’un immeuble de bureaux comportant un atelier, un garage surélevé attenant et un jardin d’enfants.
