Implenia wins two large building construction projects with partnership-based execution models in Germany
Implenia and its joint venture partner Dressler Bau GmbH have received an order from BEOS AG to build two further sections of the innovative BERLIN DECKS city campus in Berlin-Moabit. Implenia is the technical lead on the project. Another client, TÜV NORD Immobilien GmbH & Co. KG, has appointed Implenia as turnkey contractor for the construction of a new office building with workshop, adjoining garage and daycare centre in Essen. Implenia gewinnt zwei grosse Hochbauprojekte mit partnerschaftlichen Abwicklungsmodellen in Deutschland
Implenia erhielt zusammen mit ARGE-Partner Dressler Bau GmbH vom Kunden BEOS AG den Auftrag für zwei weitere Bauabschnitte des innovativen Stadtcampus BERLIN DECKS in Berlin-Moabit. Die technische Federführung für das Projekt liegt bei Implenia. Zudem beauftrage der Bauherr TÜV NORD Immobilien GmbH & Co. Division Implenia Real Estate investigated 36 of its own development projects in Switzerland to find out how carbon-neutral buildings can be realised. This study identifies the key levers in decarbonising buildings over their entire lifecycle, in terms of the emissions released during their construction and use. These levers have been incorporated into a white paper. The real-estate sector is responsible for around 36% of primary energy consumption and 37% of greenhouse-gas emissions.
