Federal Employment Agency awards new contract to NorCom and extends existing contracts
In 2019, NorCom was awarded four lots for the "IT service production" framework contract from the Federal Employment Agency (see ad hoc announcements of December 18, 2019, and December 20, 2019). These contracts have now been extended by one year. They will run until the end of 2023. The project will then be put out to tender again. NorCom also takes over managed service As part of the lots, NorCom is working on the topics of infrastructure/DB/middleware services, procedural services, security and workplace services. Bundesagentur für Arbeit vergibt neuen Auftrag an NorCom und verlängert bestehende Verträge
NorCom erhielt 2019 den Zuschlag für vier Lose des Rahmenvertrags „IT-Dienstleistung Produktion“ der Bundesagentur für Arbeit (siehe Ad-hoc-Meldungen vom 18.12.2019 und 20.12.2019). Diese Verträge wurden nun zunächst um ein Jahr verlängert. Damit laufen sie bis Ende 2023. Im Anschluss steht eine erneute Ausschreibung des Projekts an. NorCom übernimmt zusätzlich Managed Service Im Rahmen der Lose bearbeitet NorCom die Themen Infrastruktur/DB/Middleware-Services, Verfahrensservice, Sicherheit und Arbeitsplatzservices. Die NorCom Information Technology GmbH & Co. KGaA hat zwei Folgeaufträge zu einem seit Anfang des Jahres laufenden KI-Projekt bei einem deutschen Automobilhersteller erhalten. NorCom unterstützt den Kunden mit der KI-Plattform DaSense zum einen in der Umsetzung aktueller Neuerungen der Branche, zum anderen bei der erweiterten Fehler-Ursachen-Analyse (Root Cause Analysis) im operativen Geschäft.
