Zum Antriebssystem zählen eine Lithium-Ionen-Batterie, die sich automatisch unter bestimmten Fahrbedingungen auflädt, sowie zwei neue 1,2-Liter-Benziner. CEO Florian Huettl hat beim heutigen Auto-Gipfel im Bundeskanzleramt die Elektrifizierungsstrategie von Opel bekräftigt. Das Unternehmen setzt mit aller Konsequenz auf Elektromobilität – im Modellangebot genauso wie bei der Fertigung in den Werken. Auf Einladung von Bundeskanzler Olaf Scholz trafen sich Vertreter von Regierung, Automobilherstellern und -verbänden sowie Zulieferern in Berlin.
