Präzisions-Schleifmaschinenhersteller KEHREN GmbH auf Wachstumskurs
Zum 1. Januar 2022 schließt die KEHREN GmbH ihren Standort in Hennef und bezieht im 20 Kilometer entfernten Troisdorf eine neue, hochmoderne Produktionsstätte. Das Unternehmen, das auf die Entwicklung und Herstellung von Präzisionsschleifmaschinen und -systemen spezialisiert ist, wird dort auf über 10.000 Quadratmetern Fläche zukünftig Anlagen bauen. Darüber hinaus werden unter dem Dach des neuen Standorts weitere, ähnliche Schleifdienstleistungen aus der PRECISION SURFACING SOLUTIONS Gruppe (PSS), der KEHREN seit 2019 angehört, gebündelt. Zukünftig werden in Troisdorf ebenfalls Anlagen der Traditionsschleifmaschinenhersteller REFORM und ISOG (ehemals Michael Deckel) gebaut. Since 2019, KEHREN GmbH belongs to the Precision Surfacing Solutions (PSS) Group. One of the many advantages of joining the PSS group is the access to the own engineering office in Magdeburg. In a great cooperation between the engineering team in Magdeburg and the one of KEHREN, the newest addition to the product portfolio of KEHREN, the new 5-axis vertical grinding center, has been developed and built. In 2016 a great success story started. The Precision Surfacing Solutions Group (PSS Group) acquired the renowned brands ELB and aba. This was also the foundation of its Surface and Profile Finishing Division (SPF). With the acquisition of REFORM in 2018, KEHREN in 2019, and ISOG (former Michael Deckel) in 2020, the SPF Division today is home to five strong brands, each with a long-standing tradition.
