Presentation of end-to-end solution from pipe design to pipe manufacturing
Together with Pipe Bending Systems GmbH & Co. KG, Polysoude Deutschland GmbH, and König Maschinenhandel GmbH, Smap3D Plant Design GmbH presented a holistic plant design solution that covers all processes of pipe design, manufacturing and machining, starting with 2D flow diagrams up to bending, orbital welding or collaring of pipes. The overall solution was shown during the Plant Design & Piping Production World 2021, which the four partners jointly hosted on September 7th. iGas energy, a German plant engineering company in the energy sector, uses Smap3D Plant Design for the design and planning of its efficient installations. The all-around software solution integrates process engineering, 3D planning, and mechanical design. Since 2016, iGas energy GmbH has been developing and producing innovative plants that focus on a resource-saving circular economy, hydrogen from renewable energies and hydrogen-based energy storage.
