Verkauf der SMA Anteile an elexon GmbH erfolgreich abgeschlossen
Mit Wirksamkeit zum 15. Januar 2024 hat die SMA Solar Technology AG (SMA) ihre Anteile an der elexon GmbH erfolgreich an die VARO Energy Marketing AG verkauft. Damit endet die SMA Beteiligung an dem Joint Venture, welches das Unternehmen zusammen mit AixControl GmbH und aixACCT charging solutions GmbH 2019 gegründet hatte. Über den Kaufpreis haben die beteiligten Parteien Stillschweigen vereinbart. Als Systemintegrator für Ladeinfrastruktur hat die elexon GmbH in den vergangenen fünf Jahren an mehr als 900 Standorten rund 24.000 Ladepunkte für E-Ladeparks für Industrie-Fahrzeugflotten in Deutschland und Europa installiert.
