Huber Automotive AG übernimmt Geschäftsbereich E-Drive von stoba e-Systems
Die Huber Automotive AG übernimmt zum 1. Juli 2022 den Geschäftsbereich E-Drive der stoba e-Systems. Im Gegenzug erhält die stoba Gruppe ein Aktienpaket an der Huber Automotive AG. Damit ist das Fundament für eine langfristige Partnerschaft und Zusammenarbeit der beiden Unternehmen gelegt. Der Halbleiterbereich verbleibt in der stoba e-Systems GmbH, die somit auch in Zukunft Teil der stoba Gruppe ist. Das E-Drive-System mit integriertem Inverter (InED: Integrated Electric Drive) – bestehend aus E-Motor, Leistungselektronik und Steuergerät – wurde in den vergangenen vier Jahren von stoba e-Systems entwickelt.
