Merger of STRABAG Building and Industrial Services into STRABAG Property and Facility Services
STRABAG Building and Industrial Services GmbH was merged with its parent company STRABAG Property and Facility Services GmbH (STRABAG PFS) on 6 September 2023. The integration had already been heralded with the change of name of the former DIW Instandhaltung in 2021 and has now been fully completed with the merger. ‘We can now offer our entire service portfolio as a ‚one-stop shop‘ under the strong and well-known STRABAG PFS brand. Die STRABAG Building and Industrial Services GmbH wurde zum 6.9.2023 auf ihre Muttergesellschaft STRABAG Property and Facility Services GmbH (STRABAG PFS) verschmolzen. STRABAG Property and Facility Services GmbH (STRABAG PFS) acquired the owner-managed ADOMUS Facility-Management GmbH on 1.12.2022. The Frankfurt-based company achieved a revenue in the double-digit millions with around 60 employees in the 2021 financial year. ADOMUS‘ service portfolio covers the entire spectrum of FM services, which are provided from Hamburg, Munich, Hanover, Cologne, Frankfurt, and Duesseldorf. STRABAG Property and Facility Services (STRABAG PFS) remains the sole service provider for technical and infrastructural facility management services for Vodafone Germany. A corresponding service contract was signed in September with a term of two years. The managed real estate portfolio comprises around 400 properties in Germany with a total area of around 400,000 m². These include Vodafone shops, technical buildings, call centres, various office locations – including the 18-storey Vodafone Campus at FerdinandBraun-Platz 1 in Düsseldorf – as well as seven large data centres. STRABAG Property and Facility Services (STRABAG PFS) bleibt alleinige Dienstleisterin für technische und infrastrukturelle Facility Management Leistungen für Vodafone Deutschland. Ein entsprechender Dienstleistungsvertrag wurde im September mit einer Laufzeit von zwei Jahren unterzeichnet. Mit Wirkung zum 1.1.2023 hat der Aufsichtsrat der STRABAG Property and Facility Services GmbH (STRABAG PFS) Dr. Marion Henschel zur Vorsitzenden der Geschäftsführung berufen. Martin Schenk verlängert seinen Vertrag auf eigenen Wunsch nicht und scheidet zum 31.12.2022 aus dem Unternehmen aus. Effective 1 January 2023, the Supervisory Board of STRABAG Property and Facility Services GmbH (STRABAG PFS) has appointed Dr Marion Henschel as Chairwoman of the Management Board. Martin Schenk is not extending his contract and will leave the company at his own request on 31 December 2022.
