Notenbanken setzen weiter auf Gold
Die Notenbanken, 73 an der Zahl, wurden wieder einmal vom World Gold Council zu ihren Goldplänen befragt. 43 Prozent der Zentralbanken wollen im laufenden Jahr ihre Goldreserven verstärkt ausbauen. Diese reduzieren will keine der befragten Banken. Auch rechnen etwa drei Viertel der Befragten damit, dass die US-Dollar-Reserven in den nationalen Reserven in den nächsten Jahren sinken werden. Niedrige Leitzinsen, die Kauffreudigkeit der Notenbanken und Krisen wie der aktuelle Nahostkonflikt sowie die noch immer unsichere Zollpolitik der USA sprechen für Gold. Natürlich gibt es auch Stimmen, die den Goldpreis bis Ende 2025 fallen sehen. The central banks, 73 in number, were once again asked by the World Gold Council about their gold plans. 43% of central banks intend to increase their gold reserves in the current year.
