The former tkCC will continue its business activities under the new name Action Composites Hightech GmbH. On August 19, thyssenkrupp AG announced the sale of thyssenkrupp Carbon Components GmbH to Action Composites GmbH. With the purchase, the Austrian composites expert, which now operates at five locations worldwide, gains a unique technology with the highest innovative strength and enormous international growth potential. Unter dem neuen Namen Action Composites Hightech GmbH führt die ehemalige tkCC Ihre Geschäftstätigkeit fort. Am 19.08.2021 hatte die thyssenkrupp AG den Verkauf der thyssenkrupp Carbon Components GmbH an die Action Composites GmbH bekanntgegeben.
