USU gewinnt oekostrom AG als Neukunden für IT Service Management
Mit der oekostrom AG nutzt künftig ein weiteres kundenzentriertes Unternehmen die USU-Lösung für IT-Service-Management. Österreichs größte unabhängige Energiedienstleisterin, die ausschließlich auf sauberen Strom setzt, entschied sich für eine zentrale und professionelle Lösung, um das anhaltende Kundenwachstum weiter zu unterstützen. Ausschlaggebend waren die Leistungsfähigkeit und Funktionsbreite des modular aufgebauten Gesamtsystems sowie die Expertise des USU-Teams. Projektziel ist es, mit einer zentralen, standardisierten Lösung sämtliche Serviceprozesse transparent und effizient zu steuern und damit z.
